Many organizations are required to use their own IPv6 addresses for compliance or regulatory reasons. A new release from Amazon enables such customers to create their IPv6 applications in AWS with minimal disruptions. Additionally, applications may be using trusted IPv6 addresses that business partners and customers have whitelisted in their firewalls. These applications can now be relocated from on-premises to AWS without requiring changes to these whitelists.
