Samoa
The Internet only reaches around a third of the population in Samoa and diversity of transit and retail Internet service provision is very poor. Statistics related to measures of Internet infrastructure development are low but relatively typical for the Oceania region characterised as it is by small-island developing states. The Top Level Domain, .ws, is secured and other measures of naming and routing security adoption are generally very high.
