The Internet Society Pulse Internet Measurement Forum provides an opportunity to learn about the multiple projects that are measuring the development and resilience of the Internet and how you can use the data they openly provide for your research and reports on the challenges and opportunities for growing and securing the Internet.

Note that this is a parallel event happening during APRICOT 2025. You must be registered for APRICOT 2025 to attend.

Student Support

With support from APNIC and APNOG, we are providing 16 free passes to Malaysian tertiary students to attend the Forum. Successful applicants will receive a show bag and free registration to attend the following events:

  • Pulse Internet Measurement Forum
  • APRICOT Plenary
  • APRICOT Newcomers Lunch
  • ISOC@APRICOT social event

You will also have the opportunity to discuss and enroll in future training and fellowship opportunities and meet representatives from the world’s largest Internet organizations.

To apply, applicants must:

  • Have an interest in Internet engineering, development, standards, or governance.
  • Be enrolled and studying at a tertiary institute in Malaysia.
  • Be able to attend the event on 24 February from 9:00–17:00.
  • Be able to provide their own travel arrangements to and from the event.
  • Provide feedback on their experience within a week of attending the event and during a 6-month follow-up survey.

Successful applicants will be notified by 17 February 2025.
