On 13 May, 2021 the Internet Society’s Kenneth Olmstead gave an overview of the Pulse platform during the Latin America and Caribbean Network Information Centre (LACNIC) 35 Meeting. Pulse was presented during the technical forum, and Kenneth gave a quick walk-through of the Pulse platform itself and the various data that the team collates on topics including Internet shutdowns, IPv6 deployment and various other areas.
