A militant was killed by security forces on Friday in an encounter which ensued during a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the central Kashmir district of Badgam on Friday, official sources said. Meanwhile, mobile internet service in Badgam has been suspended as a precautionary measure to prevent spread of rumours.
