Four terrorists were killed in an encounter which broke out in Daramdora Keegam area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian District on Sunday. As per the reports, the exchange of fire between militants and security forces is still underway. As a precautionary measure authorities have suspended mobile Internet services in Shopian district.

Anantnag, Jun 19 (UNI) Normal life was paralysed on Wednesday in this south Kashmir district on the 25th death anniversary of founder of Ummat-e-Islami (UeI) Mirwaiz Qazi Nissar Ahmad, who was gunned down by unidentified gunmen on this day in 1994. In the session, parliamentarians are expected to address topics including the release of political prisoner Gilber Caro and plan a response to cases of alleged embezzlement in Cúcuta.
