Regional shutdown
Districts of Hays and Al-Khokha
Local impact
Houthi militia reportedly cut off communication and Internet services in the districts of Hays and Al-Khokha in the Al-Hodeidah Governorate. The disruption coincided with the local attacks it launched against the Saudi-led coalition forces backing the government. The shutdown was allegedly caused by Houthi insurgents sabotaging fiber optic cables in the Al-Jarahi district, which it controls.
