A shut down is being observed in the Kashmir valley on the third death anniversary of Hizbul Mujahideen militant Burhan Wani. Separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Syed Ali Shah Gilani, Hilal War and many others are kept under house arrest. Restrictions have been imposed in parts of south Kashmir with heavy deployment of security forces. Some areas of Srinagar are also kept under restriction. Mobile internet has been snapped in south Kashmir and the internet speed has been reduced to 2g in Srinagar.
