The Internet Society Pulse Internet Measurement Forum (PIMF) provides an opportunity to learn about the multiple projects that are measuring the development and resilience of the Internet and how you can use the data they openly provide for your research and reports on the challenges and opportunities for growing and securing the Internet.
Note that this is a parallel event happening during the AIORI-2 event.

Internet resilience refers to the ability of the Internet to maintain an acceptable level of service (including availability, performance, reachability, and reliability) despite adverse conditions or disruptions.
In this session, we will discuss International and local measurement projects that track metrics related to this theme, as well as the data they convey across the region and the country's Internet resilience.

14:00—15:15 Panel: Strengthening India’s Internet Resilience
The Internet needs to be able to adapt to challenges when they happen. In this session, our panelists will examine the current strengths and limitations of India’s Internet—across infrastructure, governance, and operations—and identify the highest-impact actions to strengthen overall resilience, reliability, and trust. We will also bring in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) considerations to ensure that platforms like UPI, DigiLocker, ONDC, and Aadhaar remain dependable under stress.
