Other supporting information
Cloudflare Radar and IODA recorded drops in Internet traffic on 10 July 2025 from 12:00 UTC (14:00 local time) to 15:00 UTC (17:00 local time). The Cloudflare graph shows a clear drop in HTTP traffic. However, this fall appears to be offset shortly after it started by other traffic, which could be an indication for large-scale VPN use.
