Access to several social media platforms, including Instagram, was reportedly restricted by state-run Internet service provider CANTV, as opposition leader Juan Guaidó delivers a livestreamed speech from Plaza Brión in Chacaíto, Caracas. The interruption is the latest in a series of intermittent Internet access blocks imposed by the government since January this year as it tries to contain protests led by the opposition, the National Assembly of Venezuela.
