Anomalies to Internet connectivity in Venezuela were reported following anti-government protests, during which the opposition leader, Juan Guaidó swore himself in as interim president. According to local media, Internet access was disrupted in several states between January 23 to 27. Venezuela’s opposition is contesting the re-election of President Nicolás Maduro, declaring the vote invalid.
