Through Order No. 127, Order No. 128, Order No. 129, and Order No. 130 (TSTS), authorities mandated the continuation of mobile data throttling to 2G speeds. These orders strictly enforced a "whitelist" of approved websites while maintaining a total ban on social media platforms to prevent the spread of inflammatory content during the election period.
